    How much weight on the thrusters?
    Also did Mondays workout.
    Deads 5 sets. Bodyweight 200#
    Pushups in 60 seconds 50
    Overhead squats with 45# bar (assuming it was only bar) 2 sets. Pretty tough wod. Happy New Year to everyone.
